The bachelor thesis is focused on designing residential building located in Kroměříž 1539/61, 1539/55. The building is a four-storey single-detached residence, which has partial basement and eight housing units. On the first floor there are two units and on the second and third floor there are three units. Masonry is designed with ceramic blocks. Ceiling system is based on semi-mounted ceilings with ceramic inserts. Roof construction is a single-skin flat profile roof. The bachelor thesis contains project documentation for construction work.

The house is a stand – alone construction of two above ground and one below ground levels. The support systém is based on wall ceramic blocks. The ceiling is made of ceramic beams and ceramic inserts. The roof is flat.
